How to choose a package

Starter ($399): You want the full platform — families, compliance organizing, parent comms, and a real parent-facing website (tours, enroll, pay) — without a marketing retainer. Best when you’re organizing the center yourself after a guided setup.

Core ($999): You want a dedicated Capricent account manager available every business day—for support, site updates, Google help, reviews, and a monthly growth check-in. One or two filled seats often matter more than unused software features.

Growth ($1,799): You’re actively filling seats and want your account manager plus content marketing and local SEO done for you (blog, GBP posts, city page)—so parents keep finding you while you run the program.

Does Capricent pay for itself?

Capricent is daycare SaaS — software, setup, and (on Core and Growth) a person who helps you run the digital side. For many programs, filling one additional open seat matters more than a pile of unused tools, because that enrollment supports the monthly investment while you also get management, compliance organizing, and parent communication in the same portal.

We don’t publish tuition dollar claims here — your rates and open spots set the math. Talk to Capricent about the seats you’re trying to fill and we’ll help you pick a package that matches.

Before you choose a package

What’s included in setup?
Capricent configures your director portal and parent-facing website after you share program details. Starter includes a one-time onboarding setup call and email support on business days. Core and Growth add a dedicated account manager for ongoing help.
What does the account manager do?
On Core and Growth: available every business day for business support, site updates, and platform help. Core also includes managed Google Business Profile support, review help, and a monthly growth check-in. Growth adds monthly blog posts, GBP posts, one city landing page, and a monthly local SEO report.
Are SMS, ads, or card fees included?
Each package includes monthly SMS and email allowances (see plan cards). Those allowances are hard caps — messaging stops at the limit until the next period or you upgrade (see Terms). Paid advertising is not included unless separately agreed. Parent payments use Stripe Connect — processor fees apply to card charges; they are separate from Capricent’s monthly package.
Contract and cancellation?
Pricing is shown monthly per program. Billing, renewal, and cancellation follow your order terms and our Terms. Talk to Capricent for the exact terms that apply to your signup.
